Account Rules

Account Registration and Management

  • Rule 3.1
    One Account Per Player
    Each player may hold only one registered account on 3k779. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or additional accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or identity documents — all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.     KYC Verification
    3k779 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund the account. Withdrawal requests may be held pending the completion of satisfactory KYC verification. Failure to provide documentation when requested within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
  • Rule 3.4
    Account Closure
    You may request the closure of your 3k779 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance after settlement of pending bets will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. 3k779 also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is identified, where activity is suspected to be fraudulent, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.
Payments

Deposits and Withdrawals

3k779 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh mobile financial services. The supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All player balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The currency symbol ৳ is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts.

3k779 does not accept deposits from credit cards, debit cards issued by international banks, cryptocurrency wallets, or any other payment method not listed above. Deposits made via unsupported methods will be returned. 3k779 is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile financial service provider in processing transfers to or from your account.

  • Rule 4.1
    Minimum Deposit
    A minimum deposit amount applies to all transactions. The current minimum deposit threshold is displayed on the deposit page within your 3k779 account. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to your mobile wallet. 3k779 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice provided via the Platform.
  • Rule 4.2
    Withdrawal Processing
    Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile financial account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Processing times vary depending on the mobile financial service provider but are typically completed within 24 hours of approval. 3k779 may request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
  • Rule 4.3
    Chargebacks and Reversals
    Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile financial service provider in respect of a valid deposit to your 3k779 account constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated, 3k779 reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, void any associated winnings, and recover the full value of the disputed transaction plus any associated fees and costs incurred as a result of the chargeback. 3k779 may pursue recovery through all available legal means.
Bonuses

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3k779 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

  1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms.
  2. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as specifically provided in the relevant bonus terms.

Bonus Abuse Warning: 3k779 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns including arbitrage betting, multi-account bonus stacking, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts identified as engaging in these practices will be suspended without prior notice.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

  6. Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, pricing errors, or any other unintended malfunction of the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
Enforcement: 3k779 monitors all account activity using automated fraud detection and manual review processes. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
